About

John joined Clearspring Capital Partners in 2013. He has over 15 years of experience in private equity investing and mergers & acquisitions. At Clearspring, John takes a leading role in investment sourcing and evaluation, value creation and portfolio company management. He currently leads Clearspring’s investment in INNOTEX, Telecon and Tecnic Group Canada. In his time at Clearspring, John has helped manage eight platform investments and led 25 add-on acquisitions for those investments. Alongside add-on acquisitions, John takes a leading role in driving organic growth initiatives at Clearspring’s portfolio companies. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Logistik Unicorp and Demers Ambulances until Clearspring’s successful exits of both businesses in 2018 and 2025, respectively.

Experience
