Acrytec Panel Industries Limited, its related and affiliated entities and those licensees using the “Acrytec Panel Industries” trademark, are committed to protecting your right to privacy. About

Joe has been a Managing Director at Clearspring since 2003, and has stepped back from day-to-day involvement to become Clearspring’s Senior Advisor. He serves on the Board of Directors of Regal.

During his seventeen years at Clearspring, Joe was involved in all aspects of the firm’s portfolio companies and internal operations. Joe built on his 17 years as one of Bain & Company’s most senior MDs, co-founding and running the firm’s Canadian practice.

Joe was able to focus the Bain toolkit, including rigorous external data collection, the value of properly-defined market leadership, and working together with management to accomplish goals that generated positive results, on Clearspring’s mid-market Canadian portfolio companies across all Clearspring funds.

Experience

Joe graduated from Ryerson Polytechnic University’s School of Journalism and received his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. He was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in 1997. Joe is an active member of YPO/WPO and is a director emeritus of the Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business, where he co-chaired of the Ivey Campaign for Leadership. He is also a former Governor of the Banff Centre and a former Board Member of Alpine Canada Alpin.
