Acrytec Panel Industries Limited, its related and affiliated entities and those licensees using the “Acrytec Panel Industries” trademark, are committed to protecting your right to privacy. About

Matt joined Clearspring in 2023. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including transaction evaluation, execution and portfolio company support. Matt focuses primarily on Clearspring’s investments in Tecnic, Traditours and INNOTEX, where he is a Board Observer and works closely with management on strategic and operational initiatives. He is also actively involved in reviewing new investment opportunities.

Experience

Prior to joining Clearspring, Matt worked in the Technology Private Equity group at Investissement Québec, where he participated in growth and private equity transactions. Before that, he was part of the Technology group at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). He has over five years of experience in private equity investing.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC), a Master of Science in Information Technology from HEC Montréal and an MBA in Investment Management from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
